Acme Sauces & Rubs the company that brought you the multiple award winning Ole Ray's Sauces, was created out of a simple belief: great flavor shouldn’t be locked inside big corporate food companies.
The idea came from years of working directly with restaurants, food trucks, and small operators across the country. We saw incredible cooks and passionate business owners creating amazing food every day, yet many of them didn’t always have access to the kind of professionally developed sauces, seasonings, and spice blends that large national chains rely on.
Big restaurant brands invest millions into product development, flavor consistency, and scalable recipes. Independent restaurants, on the other hand, are often left to figure it out themselves mixing spices by hand, testing recipes in small batches, and trying to maintain consistency while running a busy kitchen.
Acme Sauces & Rubs was built to change that.
Instead of creating products only for grocery store shelves, Acme was designed with a different mission: to give local restaurants, chefs, and entrepreneurs the same level of flavor, consistency, and product quality that national brands use.
